Fraser has enjoyed a long and successful career as a professional caddie, working extensively on both the DP World Tour and the LPGA Tour. He has supported elite players at hundreds of tournaments worldwide, including Major Championships, gaining an in-depth understanding of performance, preparation, and the demands of competing at the highest level of professional sport.

Alongside his tour career, Fraser spent 12 years in senior golf management roles at two of the world’s most iconic venues—Trump International Golf Links, Aberdeen, and the St Andrews Links Trust, home of The Old Course. These roles provided invaluable experience in operations, stakeholder engagement, elite hospitality, and the delivery of world-class golf experiences for players, members, and visitors.
Alongside his tour career, Fraser spent 12 years in senior golf management roles at two of the world’s most iconic venues—Trump International Golf Links, Aberdeen, and the St Andrews Links Trust, home of The Old Course. Throughout his management career between 2012 and 2022, Fraser remained actively involved in professional caddying. His reputation for professionalism, meticulous preparation, and unwavering work ethic consistently saw him selected by leading players for Major Championship campaigns.

During this period, Fraser also designed and delivered elite caddie training programmes at Trump Scotland (Aberdeen) and The Old Course, St Andrews. He personally trained over 600 caddies, many of whom have gone on to work successfully at tour level and in Major Championships worldwide.
